This app does not directly collect, store, or process any personal information from staff users.
All staff-related data — including attendance records, academic updates, internal communications, and school announcements — is provided, managed, and maintained by the respective schools using our School ERP platform.
The app acts solely as a secure interface for accessing information managed by each school’s ERP account.
The app does not collect location data, device logs, personal files, or background activity information from the user’s device.
No analytics, tracking, or system log collection is performed by this app.
The app may receive push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) based on events or announcements configured by the respective school management.
These notifications are generated and managed by each school through the ERP system and are not controlled by us.
All communication between the Staff App and the School ERP platform is secured through HTTPS encryption.
The integrity, accuracy, and privacy of staff data are the responsibility of the respective school’s administrative team.
For any queries, data updates, or concerns regarding your staff records or personal data, please contact your school administration directly.
As the ERP platform provider, we do not access, process, or manage individual staff data within the system.
