Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial Period (14 Days)

We offer a 14-day free trial for all new users of our School ERP. This trial period allows you to fully explore the features of the ERP without any financial commitment.

  • No Charges During Trial: If you decide to cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged anything.

  • Full Access: During the trial, you will have access to all features to assess whether our ERP suits your needs.

2. Post-Paid Subscription Model

Once the trial period ends, if you choose a post-paid subscription, you will be billed based on the usage during the month. In case you decide to cancel your subscription:

  • Pro-Rated Charges: If you cancel your post-paid subscription, you will only be charged for the number of days you have used the ERP.

  • Cancellation Process: You can request cancellation via email or through our support portal. Upon cancellation, you will receive a final invoice based on the days used during the billing cycle.

3. Prepaid Subscription Model

For prepaid subscriptions, we believe in offering flexibility, but due to the nature of our service, refunds are generally not provided once a subscription is activated. However, we understand that circumstances can change. Refunds for prepaid subscriptions will be considered under the following conditions:

  • Refund Requests within 30 Days: If you request a refund within 30 days of purchase and the ERP has not been used actively, we may offer a partial refund based on the unused portion of the service.

  • Non-Active Use: If you have not utilized the ERP service (i.e., no logins or usage), we may provide a refund after evaluating your usage and request.

  • No Usage or Sign-Up Error: If the ERP was purchased by mistake or you haven’t used the system, you can request a refund within the first 7 days from purchase. Refunds will not be provided after 7 days unless under exceptional circumstances.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that there may be situations where a refund is justified. In these cases, please reach out to us with the following:

  • Technical Issues: If there are significant technical issues preventing you from using the ERP, we may offer a partial refund or credit based on the length of time the service was impacted.

  • Dissatisfaction: If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the ERP, contact us and let us know your concerns. We may not offer a full refund, but we will work with you to resolve your issues or offer a suitable alternative solution (such as credit for future use).

5. Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription (prepaid or postpaid), please follow the steps below:

  • Log into your account on our website.

  • Visit the Account Settings section and select Cancel Subscription.

Please note that cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.

6. No Refunds for Services Rendered

Once the ERP has been actively used (even during the free trial period) or once a service has been rendered, we cannot provide refunds. This policy is in place because our service is intangible and cannot be returned or resold.
